On behalf of the Governing Body and staff, I have the pleasure of welcoming you to our school website. St Mary's & St Patrick's RC Primary is a Voluntary Aided school, that serves the Llynfi Valley in the county borough of Bridgend, for those wanting a Catholic Education for their children aged between 3 years and 11 years. 

We are nestled in the grounds of our parish church, Our Lady & St Patrick's RC Church, Maesteg. The teaching of the Catholic Church is at the heart of everything we do, and we are blessed to be supported by our Parish Priest and the Archdiocese of Cardiff.

It is our privilege to provide our children with a well-rounded curriculum, where they build and apply the foundations for learning to become successful and happy citizens of the 21st Century.  Following Jesuit Virtues and the 4 Purposes as the heartbeat of our curriculum, we endeavour to teach our children to be nurturing, curious, hopeful, knowledgable and initiative.  

We are a Catholic Family, learning together.
